Hello and welcome to Zulie Mami! Whether you’re an expectant parent or navigating the complex world of education and family life, you’re in the right place.
As a birth worker, my passion lies in providing unwavering support to families during one of life’s most transformative experiences — childbirth. My goal is to create a space where the birthing process feels safe, empowered, loving, and right for you. I am a Certified Birth Doula (Mama Glow), Certified Childbirth Educator (Mama Glow) and Maternal Health Consultant (Love N Touch and Sistersong).
In the realm of education, I bring over 15 years of experience working with students, families, organizations, and schools to support academic success and literacy development. I believe in the incredible potential of young minds. I am a licensed teacher trained in the Orton Gillingham (IMSE) approach.
And then there’s the blog and YouTube channel…where it all comes together.

Are sessions virtual?
Yes. All sessions are conducted virtually for flexibility and consistency.
Birth & Postpartum Support:
What is a birth worker/doula?
A birthworker/doula is a trained, non-medical professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to a mother or birthing person.
What are the benefits of having a doula?
Studies have shown that having a doula can help reduce labor time, lower the rate of medical interventions (including C-sections), and can help improve mother-baby bonding post-birth.
